Description: | The Ñamba'apo Paraguay program is part of the Sâso Pyahu system and was implemented to promote decent work for people living in poverty and extreme poverty. It seeks to develop processes of insertion in the labor market and includes the integration of temporary jobs of public interest with training actions and the granting of a benefit to be called "Employment Promotion Insurance", on a non-contributory basis. It develops paid temporary work projects for a maximum period of 9 months, and at the same time links the participants with other services that contribute to the improvement of their quality of life, through the continuation of their studies in the Literacy System for young people and adults, Training Courses and Job Training, access to the services of the National Health System. |

1) Employment promotion insurance through the government

Description: | This is a monetary transfer of 500,000 guaraníes per month. It includes counter-performance actions to be fulfilled by the beneficiaries, such as participation in the construction or improvement of small infrastructure works of community interest, the program period is from one to six months depending on the type of community work. |

2) Training for Work

Description: | These are training courses, mainly in the area of construction, with the purpose of inserting the participants in private companies that carry out large-scale works for the State, however, the possibility of inserting them in smaller works of community interest, tendered by the different Ministries and requiring a reasonable amount of unskilled labor, is being considered. |
