Description: The programme will offer a course of 250 teaching hours to prepare young people for their entry into the labour market. The training programme includes topics such as: oral and written expression; public speaking to improve communication; development of competencies and soft skills; career, vocational, and professional guidance; and computer literacy (introduction to Word and Excel). It also includes basic financial education, basic accounting, and new contractual modalities of labour relations between workers and employers. In terms of work experience, the programme includes the possibility of paid internships and the incorporation of participants into the Employment Exchange administered by the Ministry of Labour, Employment and Social Security.
