Juvenile Justice - Labour Mediation for Sanctioned Youth (PIL) (2015 - )

Date:
Web: Official website of the programme
Description: The programme seeks to resolve the difficulty that young people sanctioned by law have in finding and keeping a job, reducing the risk of delinquency. To this end, the programme - based on an evaluation - establishes an employability profile and, depending on available job vacancies, provides the recipients with job training that allows them to complement the development of soft skills. In addition, the programme includes a process of labour intermediation and consultancy with companies to develop a support platform and strengthen job placement processes and the retention of young people in the labour market.
