Description: | The program seeks to promote the social inclusion of people with disabilities and dependency, between 18 and 59 years of age, under the approaches of human rights, autonomy, self-determination and quality of life. To this end, the program provides support services for care, assistance, intermediation and/or adaptations of the environment through the financing of individual or collective projects. In addition, the program provides training services on issues related to autonomy and independent living. |

Comments: | The projects in the 3 modalities will have a duration of 12 months, being possible to request extensions of 12 more months up to a maximum of 36 months. This procedure is regulated by the Technical-Administrative Guidelines complementary to the annual bases, which detail information regarding the renewal request, its evaluation and subsequent award. |

Description: | More complex support actions aimed at those who present projects, under individual or collective modalities, requesting intermediation support services to increase their participation in social environments (education, work, recreation, politics). |
