Description: | The main objective is to support the labour adaptations in the private sector of the unemployed population that present major deficiencies to compete in the labour market and, thus, to achieve their labour inclusion. This programme is the result of a strategic alliance between the National Government through MITRADEL and the Private Enterprise, which provides the opportunity to participate in theoretical and practical activities within the company, promoting the acquisition of knowledge, skills and abilities. |

Comments: | The Panamanian Government will pay 100% of the scholarship, equivalent to the minimum wage according to the economic activity and the corresponding region if the fellow is a person with a disability. |
Description: | MITRADEL and the participating company pay in equal parts a scholarship (50% each), equivalent to the minimum wage, according to the Economic Activity and the corresponding region. The scholarship lasts up to 3 months. Participants will have a Collective Accident Insurance during the duration of the scholarship. The participating company must hire 80% of the participants who have satisfactorily approved the adaptation in their company, with a minimum contract of three months. |
