Description: The main objective is to support labor adaptations in the private enterprise of the unemployed population that presents greater deficiencies to compete in the labor market and, in this way, to achieve their inclusion in the labor market. This program is the result of a strategic alliance between the National Government, through MITRADEL, and the Private Enterprise, which provides the opportunity to participate in theoretical and practical activities within the company, promoting the acquisition of knowledge, skills and abilities.

Conditionalities: Respect the company's rules and regulations, take care of property and do not incur in disciplinary offenses.
Comments: The Panamanian Government will pay 100% of the scholarship, equivalent to the minimum wage according to the economic activity and the corresponding region if the fellow is a person with a disability.
Description: MITRADEL and the participating company pay in equal parts a scholarship (50% each), with an amount equivalent to the minimum wage, according to the economic activity and the corresponding region. The scholarship has a duration of no more than 3 months. The participants will be covered by a collective accident insurance policy for the duration of the scholarship. The participating company must insert 80% of the participants who have satisfactorily passed the adaptation in their company, with a minimum contract of three months.
Amount : The participant receives an amount equivalent to the minimum monthly wage.
