Description: Conditional cash transfer programme, complementary of the Bono de Desarrollo Humano (BDH) successor to the Bono Solidario. These non-contributory pensions are adressed to older persons (65 years and over) and persons with disabilities ( with 40% or more disability credited by the nacional health authorithy), who suffer of poverty or extreme poverty and do not have access to the public social security system.

1) Pensión para personas con discapacidad (Disability pension)

Recipient(s): Pensión para personas con discapacidad: People in a situation of poverty with a disability level of 40% or more (accredited by a CONADIS card) who do not have access to contributory social security coverage and who are not right holders of the Joaquín Gallegos Lara Allowance.

Recipient(s): Persons aged 65 years old and over without access to social security, who are in poverty and extreme poverty. In case of the Pensión para adultos mayores they should have less than 34.67 points in the Registro Social at 2014.
