| Description: | The programme aims to promote the creation and implementation of new productive enterprises and services that are either individual or associative initiatives of technicians and professionals, through the granting of financing for the first investment. It also aims to support the consolidation of recently established micro and small-scale production units, enabling them to move beyond their initial stages, and furthermore assisting micro and small agricultural producers in embarking on new productive activities for diversification purposes. This support will be provided through financing for investment and operational capital, granted with development-oriented criteria, balanced with sound credit practices. Participants must present a project or business plan that demonstrates technical, financial, and commercial viability, in addition to demonstrating compliance with the personal requirements and required documentation. |
