Description: The objective of the Project is to improve the employability skills and labour incomes of young persons with low incomes by supporting the expansion of the Skills Development Programme in the Selected Cities. Each participant will receive a combination of interventions according to their employment profile and needs. This programme is part of one of the modalities of the Labor Insertion Program (Programa de Inserción Laboral) which, in turn, is part of the Plan to Generate Employment (Plan de Generación de Empleo) approved in 2017.
