Description: The PISEAR programme promotes the socio-economic inclusion of rural families living in situations of poverty by improving their living and production conditions. It has various intervention instruments aimed at small family producers, indigenous communities, and rural workers: investments aimed at improving production processes; small-scale public infrastructure works; productive alliances to promote sustainable access to markets through trade agreements between organisations and potential buyers; and training and technical assistance services to improve the organisational, planning, and management capacities of producers.
