Web: Official website of the programme
Description: A programme that makes it possible to obtain entitlements for hiring young people in MSMEs, jointly promoting new sources of production and new jobs. It aims to combine the efforts, logistics, resources, and circuits of the Vocational Training and Employment Promotion Programmes of the Ministry of Labour, Employment and Social Protection with the policies and tools for the promotion and financing of micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises of the Ministry of Productive Development. The Programme has two access modalities: 1) Job training actions: this involves the implementation of learning practices for the job for up to 6 (six) months with the option of hiring the person afterwards. There will be no employment relationship for the duration of the training, with a maximum workload of 4 hours per day or up to 20 hours per week. 2) Hiring with the intermediation of a Territorial Agency or Employment Office: the company hires a young person who has applied to the programme with the intermediation of a Territorial Agency or Employment Office, and in exchange receives economic support from the State.
