| Description: | The objective of this policy is to assist those who have difficulties in accessing formal employment through actions that improve their professional skills and facilitate their insertion into quality jobs. Fomentar Empleo (Promoting Employment) systematises the instruments and entitlements of labour orientation, continuous training, labour intermediation, internships in professional environments, and assisted labour insertion programmes of the Secretariat of Employment in a self-managed employment portal, so that recipients can find (in a single place) the tools and opportunities to reinsert themselves in the labour market through quality employment, and with the endorsement of the Ministry of Labour, Employment and Social Security (MTEySS). |
