Characteristics
Target population: | Families in situations of poverty or extreme poverty with children attending to centers of the Ministry of Public Education in preschool or primary school cycles. |

Targeting method: | 1) Categorical: All people who received the preeschool or primary education scholarship from the National Scholarship Fund (FONABE) in July 2019 became automatically users of Crecemos.
As of 2020, the Joint Institute for Social Aid (IMAS) will use the following targeting methods: 1) Proxy means test: using data from the Social Information Card (FIS) 2) Categorical: Active students of primary and preschool in situations of poverty or extreme poverty |
