Description: It aims to expand the coverage and effectiveness of active labour market policies to contribute to improve working conditions. The programme will put particular emphasis on job placement through the implementation of a job seekers database in order to respond immediately to any request of the public or private sector. People with disabilities will be trained in entrepreneurship, so they can generate ventures. The Programme operate in the Employment Service offices in the cities of La Paz, Cochabamba, Santa Cruz, Trinidad, Cobija, Oruro, Sucre, Potosi, Tarija, El Alto, Quillacollo and Montero.

Comments: Under the program, and after a comparative analysis of advantages and disadvantages, the Employment Service offices will be relocated to places that facilitate the delivery of services, pordrán also open other features according to market mobility existing work.

1)On-Site Internship

Recipient(s): All programme participants
Periodicity of delivery: Monthly
Recipient of the transfer: Direct participant
Comments: The amount given varies according to the salary level of the vacancy as well as its technical and economic characteristics. To participate in the programme is required to register in the bolsa de Trabajo del Servicio Plurinacional de Empleo and not getting support from another programme
Description: It is mainly aimed at adult professionals, graduates of technical schools and universities, as well as any job seeker who face employment problems and which is the defendant 's profile. The program provides stipends for job training positions, along with accident insurance for the duration of professional practice. Job training in job lasts three months, and six months for people with disabilities, and is done in a public or private company (usually in the manufacturing industry, trade and services) registered in the job market that requires personal or vacancies.
Amount : BOB $ 2,600 (participant with technical education), BOB $ 3,000 (participant with higher education)

 

2) Job placement

Recipient(s):
Description: It is personalized job counseling services and referral to jobs, including training and management, employment promotion activities such as fairs and job search workshops and dissemination. According to the mechanism, Employment Manager will carry out screening of applicants, comparing the profile of business requirements and profile offered by candidates for jobs.

 

3) Training and career counseling

Recipient(s):
Description: In the different cities covered, it will develop training programs and career counseling, which enable an improvement in employability and insertion into the labor market for the target population. As part of the activities of job training, the training vouchers modality will be implemented, with which short workshops will be financed. In order to detect training needs by signing a Letter Agreement between the company, the Employment Service, and the beneficiary.
