Youth in Network (2012 - 2021)

Date: 2012 - 2021
Web: Official website of the programme
Description: The programme acts on the social, labour, and educational components, providing spaces and forms of inclusion for its participants. It also proposes a work of proximity, which means accompanying the young person in their processes, preferences, and personal needs, seeking to strengthen all their capacities in fostering autonomy towards the development of a personal project. It lasts between 6 and 24 months and is determined on an individual basis (i.e. focused on the particular characteristics of each young participant). The strategy is developed through socio-educational teams composed of two educators/operators and a team coordinator, in its basic format. The programme also has a specialised technical team to accompany situations of problematic substance use, mental health, learning difficulties, and violence, based on gender and generation.
