Description: This conditional cash transfer programme (CCT) includes employment actions. It unifies emergency employment programmes in the context of economic, social and political crisis that hit the country in late 2001.
   

Characteristics

Target population: Families with unemployed heads of households with children up to age 18, disabled or pregnant women.

Conditionalities: Employment: Participation of users in social infrastructure projects or in training activities that involve a time commitment between 4 and 6 hours per day.
Health: Attendance to health checks and vaccinations.
Education: Children: Regular school attendance.
Comments: The component "community activities " includes community and social support tasks (communal and school dining, orchards, community wardrobes, care for people, etc.), rural and urban development (fairs, municipal slaughterhouses, etc.), tourism (conservation of historic and cultural areas, guidance and tourist assistance services, etc), environmental projects, building activities and / or social housing, etc.
The component "materials" includes utility infrastructure projects, sanitation infrastructure, social, productive and development infrastructure, habitat improvement and community orchards, which are run by municipalities, government and community boards. It also includes activities such as ending studies, training, and seasonal jobs.
