| Resumen: | This report examines the unprecedented response from the international development cooperation and humanitarian systeme to the COVID-19 crisis triggered an responseThis unique strategic evaluation assesses the efforts from the perspectives of relevance (the extent to which co-operation was designed to respond to partner country needs and priorities); coherence (alignment across different interventions); effectiveness (meeting of objectives); and efficiency (timeliness and use of resources). It draws on a set of case studies, interviews with key informants, a synthesis of evaluation reports, and analysis of international finance flows to identify lessons for the future. |
