| Comments: | There is a residency requirement to be eligible for the program, which is to have ordinarily resided in Bermuda for 10 years during the 20 years period preceding the date of claim. In the same sense, recipients who are not living in Bermuda ordinarily are disqualified for the support. Moreover, persons under imprisonment do not have entitlement for the pension. |
