| Description: | The PlanSeq (a complementary programme to the Bolsa Familia) was created with the aims to wide the opportuunities of productive insertion of the Bolsa Fanília beneficiaries, adecuate the sectorial offer of the Ministry of Employment and Labour to the local needs, attend the increasing of workforce demand generated by the labour market ans stimulate the articulation between the sectors of social assistance and labour. This iniciative is part of the National Training Plan (Plano Nacional de Qualificação, PNQ) created in 2003, with the aim of executing social and professional training actions in many areas, and to articulate them with other policies and actions linked to employment, labour, education and incomes. |
