Description: This programme is the successor of "Jóvenes con Oportunidades". From September 2014, under the umbrella of Propera programme “Jóvenes con Prospera” provides cash subsidy, with the aim of stimulating the participants to conclude high school before having 22 years and in a maximum of four years period since their first register in this level before they started the programme. The participant that concludes high school receive a cash support of MXN$ 4,890. The youth obtain a savings account in which are deposited the transfer when he or she ends high school, and that can be used for supporting his/her studies. The transfer deposit has been accumulated through a point system that the youth win while studying, from the third secondary school year until ending high school

Periodicity of delivery: Once the high-school diploma concluded
Recipient of the transfer: Direct recipient
Description: Each school year that the recipient does and passes he/she accumulates points, according to the high school education service in which he/she is registered. He/she can accumulate until a maximum of 3,000 points. The value of the points in mexican pesos changes each year and is published on April 30 of each year
