Description: This is a credit that can be accessed by recipients of the Bono de Desarrollo Humano and aims to stimulate their financial capacity by giving them the opportunity to undertake productive initiatives or improve the quality of their micro-enterprises. Through an individual or associative entrepreneurial initiative, the recipients of the credit can improve their quality of life and reduce their dependence on cash transfers.

Individual loan

Recipient(s): All the persons who are in the database of the Human Development Grant programme and have production, trade and services unities, working for at least six months

Comments: The loan has a maximum period of 24 months (2 years); it will be funded to 100% of the inversion; the interest rate will be 5% annual (subsidized by the National Government)
Amount : Up to USD $ 600

 

Partnership loan

Recipient(s): Households on poverty situation who want to set up a partnership business with other partners
Recipient of the transfer: Direct beneficiary
Comments: The loan has a maximum period of 12 months; the interest rate will be 5% annual
Amount : Up to USD$ 1200
