Description: The programme aims to provide on-the-job training opportunities for young people aged 18 to 29 years who neither work nor study. Among the objectives of the programme are promoting the social and productive inclusion of young people, reducing unemployment and including the private sector in social responsibility activities for the productive development of young people. Through the delivery of a monthly financial contribution of MXN$ 3,600, young people are expected to acquire technical and soft skills in a work environment for a maximum period of 12 months. The participants also receive medical insurance covering accidents, illness, maternity and work risks, through the IMSS, during the period of stay in the programme.

1) Training in the workplace

Recipient(s): Young people aged 18 to 29 year who do not currently work or study
Mode of transfer: Plain transfer
Mode of delivery: Debt card
Periodicity of delivery: Monthly
Recipient of the transfer: Direct recipient
Conditionalities: Signing a letter of commitment, providing reliable information required by the STPS and complying with training schedules and activities.
Sanctions: Suspension or withdrawal from the program when the Work Center deems that there was just cause to do so.
Description: Once the young people are registered in the programme and matched with a training offer, schedules and activities to be performed at the Work Center are defined for a maximum period of 12 months. During this time they receive a monthly scholarship and medical insurance.
